We are looking to roll out our own version of Git and mini GitHub.
We have shortlisted the tool to be the open source version of Gitea.

The goal of this task is to first setup Gitea using dockers in your local laptop and show us a full demo of the free version of the Gitea including the following.
- Code hosting
- Issue tracking
- Pull requests
- Project management
- Gitea Actions (CI/CD)
- Packages
- Rapid updates
- Active contributions
- Community support
Use Postgres database as backend for Gitea.
Once approved we will provide you a virtual machine in the Google Cloud and you can setup the same there and setup backup of the git repo files to GCS buckets from time to time.
We are willing to pay Rs. 8,000 for this gig. Preference will be given to the college students who are proficient in devops. On successful completion we will issue certificate of completion as well.
